Arrivo

Share the journey. Celebrate the arrival.

Arrivo lets you share a journey and your live location with the people you trust. They know when you set off, can follow you on a map, and are told the moment you arrive safely. If you run late, Arrivo checks on you first before it alerts anyone.

  • A young woman with a backpack steps out of her front door at dusk while checking her phone.

Set off in about 30 seconds

Choose a destination and who to tell. Your people know the moment you leave.

  • A woman wearing headphones looks calmly out of the window on a metro train in the evening.

Walk, bike, drive, train or metro

Arrivo plans the whole trip, including the walk to and from the station.

  • A man relaxes in the back of an auto-rickshaw at night with city lights outside.

In a cab or auto? Share the plate

Add a photo of the number plate so your contacts see which vehicle you are in.

  • A man with a shoulder bag smiles on a railway platform at dusk.

Always up to date, always honest

Contacts see your arrival time and exactly when your location was last updated.

  • A woman sits on a sofa at home holding her phone to her chest with a relieved smile.

Calm for the people who wait

Trusted contacts follow along quietly and are told the moment you are safe.

  • Two friends hug at a front door at night, relieved to see each other.

    Celebrate the arrival

One tap, and everyone who cares knows you made it.

  • Shared only while you travel

Your location is visible to your chosen contacts during a journey and nowhere else. When the trip ends, sharing ends.

  • Your people say yes first

A contact sees nothing until they accept your invitation, and you can remove them at any moment.

  • Honest about what it can do

Arrivo tells your contacts. It does not call emergency services for you, and it says so clearly in the app.

Worrying should not be part of the journey

Most of us still rely on texts and phone calls to know someone got home. Arrivo replaces the guessing with something calm and clear.

Everything you need to travel with peace of mind

Simple for you, calm for the people who care about you.

  • Share a journey

  • Live map and arrival time

Trusted people follow your route and expected arrival, with a clear “updated just now” label.

  • Trusted contacts, with consent

Invite by phone or email. Contacts accept first, and removing one ends their access instantly.

Past your arrival time, Arrivo asks if you are okay before it alerts anyone.

  • Walk, bike, car, train or metro

Door-to-door plans include the walk to the station, the ride and the walk after.

  • Ride details

Share a photo of the number plate so contacts know which vehicle you are in.

  • Works when signal does not

Offline? Arrivo keeps saving your location and sends it in order when you reconnect.

  • Private by design

No coordinates in notification text. Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

A safety net that respects your privacy

Running late? Arrivo checks on you first, and only then tells your contacts, with your last known location and the time it was recorded. It is honest about stale, offline and paused states, and it never contacts emergency services for you.

  • Never contacts emergency services automatically
  • Never shows your location to a contact who has not accepted
  • Never shares your location outside a journey
  • Never puts coordinates in notification text
  • Never hides a stale, offline or paused state

Peace of mind for the people who care

Trusted contacts accept your invitation, then follow your trip on a live map with your arrival time, a freshness label and a call button. They only ever see a journey while it is in progress.

  • Safety timer

Pick 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes. Tap I am safe before it ends, or your contacts are told.

  • Watch link

For someone without the app: a read-only link that opens in a browser, shows no history or contacts, and stops 2 hours after your journey ends.

Frequently asked questions

What is Arrivo?

Arrivo is a travel-safety app. You share a journey and live location with trusted contacts. They are told when you set off, can follow you on a map, and are told when you arrive safely. If you run late, Arrivo checks on you first and then alerts them.

Who can see my location?

Only the trusted contacts you choose for a journey, and only while that journey is active. Contacts must accept your invitation first. The Profile screen shows who can see you right now.

What happens if I do not arrive on time?

Arrivo asks if you are okay first. If you do not reply within the grace period, your contacts are told and shown your last known location and when it was recorded. A reminder follows a little later with a way to call you.

Does Arrivo call emergency services?

No. Arrivo never contacts emergency services automatically. Your contacts decide what to do and can call you straight from the app. If you are in danger, call your local emergency number first.

Will it drain my battery?

Tracking adapts to your movement and battery level. Expect roughly 5% per hour of active sharing. When your battery gets very low, Arrivo updates less often and sends a final location to your contacts.

Can I stop sharing at any time?

Yes. Pause or stop from the active journey screen in one tap, and your contacts are told that sharing has stopped.
